    Warranty & Service Policy (within United States)

    This warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser of Online order. SlimAge LCD, its sole responsibility and obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair the products, at SlimAGE’s option, during the limited warranty period. Any parts replaced shall be made on an exchange basis and become SlimAGE’s property.

    WARRANTY
    SlimAGE warrants the Online sell Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after the original date of purchase as stated on the invoice. Warranty for LCD backlight is one year only.

    WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

    1. Any product on which the serial number has been modified or removed.

    2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, power surge, fire, water, or other acts of nature, product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

    3. The alleged condition as a result of negligence, alternations, repairs, improper care, accidents, disaster, weather or transportation.

     

    WARRANTY SERVICE RETURN

    1. Prior to returning any goods to SlimAge, buyer shall first call or email SlimAge technical support to verify that the product is defective.

    2. Warranty claims must be made in writing with RMA request form.

    3. To obtain a RMA number, Buyer must provide the following information to SlimAge:
    Original Sales Invoice, Your Company Name and Address, Model Name and Serial Number of Product and specify the reasons for the return and any defects in the merchandise in sufficient detail.

    4. After receiving all above information, SlimAge tech support will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. All authorized returns items must be received by SlimAge within ten (10) days of issuance of the RMA number and must shipped in their original box and packing material, with a copy of original invoice, serial numbers, the written statement of reason for return. DO NOT INCLUDE THE CABLES AND ACCESSORIES.

    5. The RMA number needs to be clearly marked on the shipping labels and on each and every box shipped.

    6. SlimAGE will reject any returns without a RMA number.

    7. For in-warranty product, Buyer shall pay one way freight to send to SlimAGE for service. When sending back to buyer SlimAge shall use UPS Ground shipping as standard shipping method.

    8. For out-of-warranty products Buyer shall pay for both way freight to and from SlimAGE.

    9. For returns within 30 days from the date of shipping, restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned SlimAGE products as in full package and good conditions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY
    Dead On Arrival is defined as any product that is inoperable upon installation. SlimAGE will exchange the DOA product upon receipt with an identical or equivalent product. The return procedure for DOA products is the same as RMA returns stated above. With complete accessories, manuals and in its full original package. DOA exchange request must be made within 14 days of invoice date.

    OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE POLICIES

    Diagnostic Policy - SlimAGE will charge a diagnostic fee for each monitor returned to our warehouse. This fee will vary by model . This diagnostic fee can be applied to the repair of the monitor if repairs are necessary and buyer agrees to payment to proceed. The diagnostic fee covers the following: labor, efforts to diagnose the monitor, and return shipping charges.

    Repair Policy - SlimAGE charges a fee for out-of-warranty repair, which varies by model. The fee covers parts, labor, quality control, and comes with 90-day warranty. Payment Term For all out of warranty repairs, SlimAGE will only accept one of the following payment methods:

    Cash on Delivery – Paid by company check, the check must be cleared before merchandise is returned.

    • SlimAGE does not accept post dated checks.

    RETURN FOR CREDIT
    1. The return procedure for credit products is the same as RMA returns stated above.
    2. All items must be in new, like new condition. No any type of scratches or damages.
    3. The package must be in original condition and all packing with all accessories.
    4. No returns after 30 days.

    OTHER CONDITIONS
    Except as stated in this Section, there is NO OTHER WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR CONDITION REGARDING SlimAGE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A  PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    SlimAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES which may arise out of or be related to this Agreement, including without limitation incidental, consequential, and special damages. Cybersys (SlimAge) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS, DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SlimAge FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING TORTS) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID SlimAge FOR THE UNIT OF PRODUCT INVOLVED IN THE CLAIM. This section states the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY of buyer for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Agreement.
